Credit card still not closed

I sent messages and and made phone calls and was phoned back, telling me the Credit card has been closed. I log on Monday to see that it is open again with money taken off. No warning or anything, just opened. They did not even tell me there I need to pay in or anything.<br> <br> I am dumbfounded by this, really poor service.
