Credit Card Statements send to wrong e-mail addres

I have been receiving a FNB statement on my e-mail that belongs to somebody else.

My first action was to e-mail the FNB address on the statement to indicate that the account does not belong to me. A month later I again received the statement for the other person.

I then called the call center. They refused to remove my e-mail address from their system for that account without me supplying my ID number or FNB Account numbers - and I am not willing to supply that to fix this incident as my identity and account numbers has nothing to do with the issue (and is definitely not required). I have supp**** the account number of the statement I received in error and that should be enough.

If I notify FNB that they are mistakenly sending confidential information to the wrong person it is their responsibility to fix it. To keep on sending confidential information to wrong person after they were made aware of it is simply unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that FNB tries to collect my personal information that is not relevant to the issue at hand.

What I expect from FNB is contact the customer and get the correct e-mail address from them ASAP.
