credit card settlement letter

Ive reported that ive been requesting my credit settlement letter of the credit card that ive settled last but is still active on experian credit bureau. im been requesting fnb to update on the credit bureau

two weeks ago i came here to hello peter since im not getting any joy when i call fnb direct. complaint ref ***NF ever since the requested a proof which ive sent my credit report, not one getting back to me or acknowledging the report ive sent. i dont even know where go .the reason ive moved most of my stuff from fnb because of this type of service.
