Credit card settlement balance.

I have been contacting FNB since July 2022 regarding my Personal Loan and Credit Card, but nobody seems to care cause the consultant are all useless.

Please can I urgently before end of 2022 get some assistance in terms of my Credit card balance, because I want to settle it. Damn FNB all this digital you are trying to do is not yet for you cause clearly you are not fit for it plus your staff is not trained for it either.
