Credit card review

They don’t respond to emails. At all. You get automated replies. Been weeks now and no one has gotten back to me.I requested a credit card rate review and it’s been radio silence. Their social media channels are just as useless.

Time to cut ties with this bank. Credit card dept is obviously non existent.
