CREDIT CARD REFUND ON CANCELLED CARD

Hi FNB,

I logged a call with my private Banker almost two weeks ago regarding my refund on a cancelled credit card. They said a call has been logged for resolution which they closed without resolution(am avoiding to mention names due to POPI but i do know the agents responsible). Now they logged a new call again with any comms with me after i complained.
