Credit card query still not resolved

Hi logged a complain on hello Peter last week and my query is still not resolved. I have requested that someone in management or a director call me but a clerk calls me, not very helpful, not listening to my query do not understand me.<br> After logging the first complain on Hello Peter you will think they will improve their service. It just shows how important their customers are to them...<br> What I am asking is so simple but no one wants to or are capable to assist me.
