Credit Card Payments

I found out today that on my internet banking only my straight amount reflects & not my budget! Thinking my Credit Card balance due was the amount reflecting on my internet banking, I settled the amount. When logging on to my internet banking I see there is an amount deducted off my credit card, knowing I did not make any purchase on the card I checked the transaction history & it said something about a budget facility. I called the credit card facility & I was advised that its payment for my budget still outstanding! after complain the lady then asked to take the final amount of R19-odd off my straight to settle my budget, I agreed as the interest would be crazy if I left it. Now my problem is why does it only show the outstanding balance for your straight on your online banking and not the total outstanding balance on your credit card, I was under the impression my credit card was paid off but now there is still an outstanding balance on my straight, this upsets me! FNB should make my credit card balance outstanding R0.00 because no where can I view my outstanding balance on my budget & I find this totally unacceptable, how will I know what I still owe & what is paid?
