credit card payment pending

On Saturday the 28th I made a few deposits with my fnb gold credit card, using the world sports betting site. The first one went through with no issues, when I tried again it failed and gave me an error, so I attempted a few more times also failing. After a few hours a received 2 sms's saying that 2 transaction were successful, so i checked my world sports betting account and it didn't reflect the deposit. I contacted world sports betting and they checked and say that they can see the 2 deposits but need an authorisation code from my bank to clear the deposits which is weird as i didn't have this issue before. According to world sports betting the payment is pending on the banks side.
