Credit Card Payment Issues
FNB cannot seem to make up it's mind whether a my credit card will be paid via debit order or if I should pay it directly. I have been paying money into my credit card for the past few months. Last month, April 2019, I paid 2 amounts - 1 directly into the budget facility using internet banking and 1 into the straight facility. FNB took a debit order as well and yet it didn't seem like that money was credited to my account because the amount available stayed the same. I also paid R1231 on 29 April 2019. This time FNB seemed to be unable to make up its mind and sent me a message that I need to pay R1968 to my credit card. This being on top of the R1231 that I already paid. So I transferred R2000 to my credit card, but the funds seem to have been blocked for me to access. FNB, I pay my account EVERY MONTH, without fail, so why the hell are you treating me like a default payer?!?! Please do a recon on my credit card - I want to make sure that every cent I have paid into it is accounted for, since FNB will make sure that they received every cent of theirs back. Secondly, when I try to go onto internet banking, it tells me that my password (which I know is correct), is incorrect. Did you block that as well?!?! Poor poor poor service to someone who has never defaulted on a single payment. I don't know why I am even still with FNB!!!
