Credit card payment issue not resolved

I reported an issue on my credit card. That is still not resolved. Im still waiting for it to be resolved. I made a payment on my credit card. The payment was debited and credited at the same time. It shows now I didn't made a payment on my card. So please can this be sorted out. And then I get told I have to wait 48 hours for assistance. But you as a customer make your payment immediately. You honour your responsibility as a FNB client
