Credit Card Payment changes

I changed the amount that needed to be paid to my FNB credeit card through their online banking portal, however this full payment still went through putting my cheque account in the red and showing the debit as unsuccessful (a debit that should have never taken place in the first place).

Now i'm getting the run around to get the charges reversed for issues that surely they can resolve internally. They must communicate between departments. What a hassle! Premier banking they say? Makes one wonder what you pay fees for? Guess so that they can use any opportunity to charge you extra and then argue to reverse even when it's their own 'automated' systems that are at fault.

The changes on internet banking are supposed to be instant, especially where no mention is made of time for request to be actioned.
