Credit Card Payment

Good day,I work on commission and had a very bad month in January that ended in me getting half the income I usually get.I could therefore not make my payment on my credit card.I made an arrangement with credit card to try and pay R 5 000 end of Feb.Now I see FNB credit card too R 8 500 off my account with no money available resulting in my homeloan going to return unpaid.Why could they not let me know and also they money should be available again but it is now blocked???Very disgusted with FNB and then I hear on the radio how they advertise about their good service?Not happy at all
