Credit Card - pathetic recon system

Pathetic financial service provider. They debit your account but can’t find on there system and want u to send proof of payment. Most innovative bank my foot. They can’t track payments and the system they use the client interface not the same. Rude agents, no responses from superiors even after emails sent. System generated no assistance response. They put you on hold on the hope that you terminate the call
