CREDIT CARD = PATHETIC & OVERDRAFT WELL I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING EITHER.

My husband and I have been trying for several weeks to get hold of someone in the Overdraft and Credit Card department. We want to settle our Overdrafts but no one seems to know what is going on. We were handed over to the attorneys, when we call them, they dont have us on record. we call back to the overdraft department and get shoved from Pillar to Post. DOES FNB WANT THEIR MONEY. Credit Card is not willing to negotiate on the settlement figure, instead they are happy to receive R100 a month - HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. Personal Loans was great they offered us a 20% reduced rate of which we took and paid both off. CREDIT CARD = PATHETIC & OVERDRAFT WELL I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING EITHER. Also I was informed telephonically that I should wait till November regarding our Overdrafts, when they are running a settlement discount. Now we were told that we have to go into the bank in order to qualify for this discount. We went into the bank and yet again NO ONE knows anything about this. How is this possible. EVEN ABSA offered us a lowered settlement amount. Looks like only FNB O/D and Credit CARD are the weak ones and like their book sky high.
