Credit card paid up letter
I have closed my credit card account june 2021 , fnb didn't update on the credit bureau. ive been requesting the paid up letter that confirms that my has been closed up last year, ive been sent from pillar to post . My life is kind of stuck because FNB is failing to help with my settlement letter that indicates that my account has been closed last year with a month or date, i have logged more that 5 disputes but im not getting any joy. I wanna update my account on the credit bureau. FNB service sucks, i wont recommend to anyone

17 Jun 2022, 19:58Im still waiting for a call , why isn't taking forever to give me my paid letter . Im so disappointed that bank like fnb is messing up with client credit profile for credit card that I closed last year June. a year later I'm still fighting to a simple paid up letter so that I can clear my credit profile
