Credit Card paid up IN 2016 and still reflecting on my ITC

I want to bring to your attention my frustration. i have been calling your contact centre, credit Dept and Im transferred from pillar to post. I app**** for a home loan via FNB and they just informed me it was declined one of the reasons is a creditcard i long closed in 2016 which still reflects on my ITC. I am sick and tired of being mistreated by this bank, i have been experiencing bad service and have a complained a lot and nothing seems to be improving instead im always left frustrated. Secondlyi want to close my cheque account with this bank. please advise of the way forward, i have been saying i am going to close all my accounts and still give this bank a benefit of a doubt Im really taking my investments elsewhere. im really flabbergasted and dislike this bank. i will never recommend it to anymore i want someone to sort this Credit card that is not supposed to be reflecting on my record and affecting my score negatively. Attached please find the decline letter and report i received yesterday. Hope the matter will be treated as a matter of urgency.
