Credit Card Overcharged Every Month and No Customer Service and Not Doing What was Promised

Every month I get charged an additional R59 on my FNB Premier Credit card and every month I complain and am informed I will be credited which never happens. I want this charge explained to me. As far as I know I pay R 75 for the premier credit car and R17 for the facility fee. Please will someone revert back to me on this and ensure that all the R59 that I have been charged in the past many months are reversed. Failing that it will be the end of my baning experience with FNB after more than 20 years. My experience in the past 12 months has been one of excessive fees and poor service
