Credit Card Overcharge

I had a query regarding my Credit that entailed a fairly large interest amount against my account which I have cleared well withing the 55 day interest free that is so heavily advertised. To my surprise., I have also confirmed that there was a Credit protection fee charged to my account without my authorization. I clearly remember that I opted out of this as it did not cover me if I was retrenched or lost my job. I have been a loyal Fnb client for a long time and have had my fair share of ups and downs, but this is *****ing from me. At a time when money is tight, I never thought that I would consider changing banks.
