CREDIT CARD OVER USED NOT IN ARREARS

I have a credit card with FNB which I regret having it. I have never missed any payment on it but currently over used. I have been harassed with calls regarding this as if I am a ********. I'm able to take calls by chance during the day. When I listen to their voicemails I get different numbers from their consultants speaking very fast and unable to grab them most of the time. one lady who was clear left a number which does not exist when I call it back. Because of this I even went google checking your number which is never answered due to consultants busy. This is strange how you expect other people to jump to the phone when you phone them yet you cannot answer your phone when they call you. Today i am then receiving an sms to pay the credit card within 48 hours or full balance payable and given reference number and a contact number. The number is for "associates" which is never answered as well since I tried calling from the time I received the sms. FNB collections stop treating customers like *********, listen to the messages your agents live which it is understandable they rushing commission. If I didn't want to pay my credit card installment I would have missed a full month installment yet the way you going on it is really irritating. Sort this out and put notes on your system and debit the account for over use when debiting my account at the end of the month and stop sending me all over to numbers I dont understand what they are for because I didn'tmiss any installment. If you continue like this I will take this up with the ombudsmen because I am sick and tired of it because you have no idea what TCF is about.
