Credit Card Nightmare

Called on the 15th of June for my credit card account to be closed Neo Mokgathle who was assisting me at the time assured me that it will be done,22nd I called again and I was told to setlle an amount of R720 or which I did and it was closed on the 25th Friday it was opened again .since then I have been calling neo and emailing him with no luck!this morning I got an sms saying I need to pay R160 I paid it again .please close the damn credit card. I don't need you to call me .SORT THIS OUT
