CREDIT CARD MESS

Last week a consultant phoned me to move my classic credit card to a gold credit card, and after I accepted and was approved did a credit limit increase.

I got my new card on Friday but it didn't work.

I gave it a few days in case there was some sort of waiting period, but today when I phoned I found out that the FNB consultant who 'helped' had catastrophically destroyed my credit card by leaving my credit limit increase on the old card.

I sat on the phone for 40 minutes, used up all my airtime, and was told I would have to wait 3 to 5 days to 'see if they could sort it out'. No guarantee. This is absolutely horrible! Can't somebody sort this out a bit faster, it's the bank's mistake not mine! I am honestly not expecting any feedback in 5 days, my card is probably broken forever and I am so stressed out I can hardly think.

Why did you do this to me FNB? Do you hate your customers that much?

PLEASE fix this as soon as possible and give me some actual feedback!
