Credit Card limit not increased to what i signed

I Tried increasing my credit card limit on the fnb app and i could increase it to 3400,2 days has gone buy and nothing happend,i went to my online banking and tried to increase it from there and i could increase it to 4600 i accepted their offer for the 4600 limit increase i got a quote and signed it and emailed it through with all the paperwork they asked for.i got a sms saying that my limit is increased.i went to check and it was only increased to 3400.while i signed a qoute for 4600. . . isnt this a breach of contract on fnb sife.i went to the branch and they told me that they used the first application i send through for 3400. . .. i dont care how many times i app**** for a credit increase and how much the first one was i signed for 4600 and i want 4600 its not like i couldnt afford it,i can afford it. . .i signed for 4600 and i want the 4600 which i signed for and i have the contract and all the paperwork to prove that i signed for 4600.i have banked with fnb for 5 years since i was 15 and i was always a happy customer if i had a problem they sorted it out very quickly.but now they cant.very dissapointed with fnb.
