CREDIT CARD LIMIT INCREASE NOT HONOURED

I App**** for a credit card limit increase on the 2nd September it got approved signed and sent them a mandate, ive been following up and everyone I spoke to gives me a different feedback I have sent the mandate a multiple times till today its been a week already money is still not reflecting I keep getting different feedback from FNB consultants
