Credit Card limit Increase not being attended to in over a month.

I app**** for a credit card limit increase on 8 October 2018 and have been following up since then with no update. Only to receive an email today stating that my application has expired.

I have submitted all the required documents i.e. 3 months payslips and work contract.

I have been banking with FNB for over 6 years and this service is pathetic. No feedback is given even if I make phone calls, all the agents keep telling me that the application is still in process.

This type of service does not resonate with the tag line "How can we help you" as no one is willing to assist.

What else, should I do for my application to be attended to if no one seems to be attending to my application? Is it a way of telling me to take my business elsewhere, if so, kindly let me know and I will gladly do so.
