Credit Card Limit Increase Declined after being approved
Last night I was able to apply for an upgrade on the limit on my premier credit card. The increase was a R2000 increase. I got kicked by my internet service provider as I was going to accept the offer. When i tried to login I get declined due to affordability reasons. Please rectify this as I was originally offered the increase but then got declined.
This is unfair and poor service on your behalf.
