Credit card limit increase application inefficient

I contacted Charity Nkosi at Premier Banking on Monday for a request on an increase on my credit card limit (The increase was far below my cap on my credit card). She sent me documentation, I signed it and sent it back. I got an automated reply that I will hear from FNB by Tuesday, no response. I contacted them on Wednesday and spoke to Tsakani Hobyane who informed me that she didn't see anything on the system. So she requested that I send the documentation again, so I did. I followed up again at the credit card department who informed me that they received both request BUT Charity had not send the documentation on Monday and Tsakani had requested a credit card change with the documentation. So the first problem is probably that the systems DO NOT WORK or there is a lack of training.<br> Most importantly and as I communicated to Charity and Tsakani, is that I need to have the increase before Saturday as I need to rent a car under my name and the car rental company needs to secure an amount on my card, without this increase I cannot pick up the car, cannot go to the wedding and everyone comes to a halt thanks to the *********** Premier Banking and Credit Card Departments
