Credit card limit increase

I did credit card limit increase application on Wednesday 05/04/2023 and up until now there is nothing done. All Im given is excuses that doesnt make sense. I spoke to 3 consultants and none of them were able to assist and they are all giving me different excuses.... Fnb service is becoming worse by the day.... I spoke to 3 consultants via the messenger on the app and they couldnt help...
