Credit card limit increase

It’s as if FNB does not regard the urgency of a matter when I apply for credit related issues.i have used my airtime “which is costing me money” to call a whole week and some days asking if my application has been approved only to be told some docs are still missing almost daily.this has been going on for too long and it’s deplorable to say the least.

N.B I wasn’t going to apply for credit if I ddnt need money ASAP
