Credit card interest rate

(1) Credit card interest rate was set to 12.5% but i am being charged 20% . Referred to private banker and got a one line response "Your credit card limit was increased and a new quote was accepted." I had this issue previously and my previous banker sorted out and credits was passed to my account . Kindly assist me to rectify as i feel my banker is otherwise busy or not interested Also can you please change my personal banker. (2) I am being charged R138 for credit life for a total of R100000.00 . When i queried i was told that it is for my revolving credit ,but my revolving credit limit is R30000.00 . Spoke to the credit life department was transferred between sales and maintaince and still no resolution to this even asking that the amount cover my O/D as well as credit card .Also spoke to private banker . Really disappointed .I am paying high bank charges per month so i dont have issues but it still arises
