Credit Card Interest Charged Incorrectly

I've been charged interest on my credit card twice, once in November last year and again in February of 2024, even after paying of the amount reflected on the banking app in full. My private banker came back saying that the credit card division said that the card wasn't paid in full but I know that I did pay the full amount reflected on the app. Feedback also take ages when I send out emails.
