Credit card increase process in the 1950's

Good evening.

Please urgently explain to me (and it appears I am not the only one) why after 3 attempts over the last 2 months that I have app**** to increase my credit card limit which was approved with an email quotation and each time I am yet to 1) Receive any response, 2) Receive feedback on whether any documentation is required or 3) Receive a response of having it been declined. Thus being left sitting in limbo with no resolution. It is absolutely shocking!!!! From back in the past where it was a simple and easy and fast process to now feeling like I with a bank who's gone back to the 1950's!!!

Why don't you put more focus on improving this process than creating E wallet EXTRA (oh even for those who don't bank with FNB)

8 yrs of loyalty is close to being shut behind a door.

Its not even about the money I may needed to have extra, it's about general good business practice of customer feedback and service.

Please give me in detail exactly how I must apply for an increase so I no longer have to sit on the fence wondering which way I am going to fall!!!

Thank you
