Credit card I didn't open

For the 3rd month FNB is deducting R2000 from my account without my permission into a credit account which I didn't even open and I tried everything possible to close it but no one is able to assist me and they are charging penalties everytime I try to widraw it despite failing ....... please someone assist me as I can not close my account because I Will loose this money .....honestly speaking this is a useless bank
