Credit card help needed

I am in New Zealand and FNB is making it almost impossible to contact them! I cant log into my banking app so cant do a secure chat! If i call then the call drops (not their fault it does happen sometimes). All i want is my credit card statement to be emailed to me. I dont want to change anything and they can send it to the email address they have on file! Please just help!
