Credit card Frozen without notice from FNB ( FICA Documents required)
Horrible Bank. My Credit card has been frozen due to FICA documents required. Worst part is that FNB does not give you a heads up that they will be freezing your account which could save you embarrassment at the store till point. Will Definitely be changing bank.

Lameez from *** has gotten back to me and now requires a certified ID , the process of FICA is understandable but the process of FNB is Horrible, I have access to none of my own funds which I have put into my credit card which is my own money!!!. You have caused major delays in my plans.
