Credit card ***** and FNB life insurance

My money got debited from my account? Don’t know who it was, dont know for what. I did not authorise anything on the FNB app. I did not use the card, now i must wait for 7-10 working days to “investigate”

I have life insurance with them. My account got debited with almost 100 rand more for my life insurance and who knows for what? This bank really bad at taking money, and very slow to pay it back.

The slogan should change to, “how much can i take by you”....
