Please assist further. In regards to the ********** tollgate transactions the ********* transacted with worth more than R12000 on my credit card, using the ********** duplicate card. You only refunded me with about R8352 plus R260. I did my own manual calculations. Who is supposed to pay the rest? Where do you expect me to get the money from?? I did explain to you that I am an unemployed female South African graduate who still wants opportunities. Is it fair if you hold me responsible for a ***** I did not do??

Please also reverse the charges you put on my debit card when you were continuously trying to debit huge EDOCollection amounts on me as a result of the ********** transactions against me.

Also, kindly explain who did a ********** card against me, because I was paying you guys promptly until this ********* transacted, putting the account in arrears without my knowledge?? I want to report the person responsible for creating a duplicate card against me.

Please resolve these charges because if you do not I will report you to Cred Ombudsman.
