Credit card FOREX **** - *********** team leaders and staff
Credit card FOREX **** (aspen-holding)
so was ****med by 20k, FNB wants to say with an OTP one can't do a chargeback. this matter will go directly to the ombuds side. is was indeed stupidity on my side, but why do we have VISA policies in place is to prevent and to recover funds.
was indeed my fault but one must keep in mind that this transactions was approved but on a platform that is defected, not working, and then once you call the forex guys phone is dead etc, gave the bank a list of links whereby it show the ****, and the bankl just show stupidity, not understanding what is going on as a private client at FNB the service suck, they don't care about their clients.
Bellow some link of this specific place after I googled if its legit or not.
1. https://www.forexbrokerz.com/brokers/aspen-holding-review 2. https://theforexreview.com/2019/06/10/aspen-holding-review/ 3. https://www.valforex.com/2019/06/aspen-holding-review-aspenholding-com-forex-****.html 4. https://deposit-withdraw.com/aspen-holding/
spoke to a team leader in credit card de*****ing department (*******ly obtain money from (someone) by deception.) Mrs Elsie Shunmagun, that responded and said with a one time pin transactions cannot be returned?
I read this on hello peter and i will continue to fight until FNB wakes up.

I truly trust that there will no longer be any problem and that you will win the battle to get the charge back from the marchant.
after involving the Ombuds, and hi escalation in private clients the matter was temporary resolved.
FNB REF: 2***
