CREDIT CARD DOWNGRADE

I erroneously upgraded my premier credit card to Private bank on the 03 November 2024 instead of a limit inc. The 4th I called FNB to notify them and was told a request has been submitted for the downgrade. I Called again on the same day seeing what i was told wasn't making sense, only to be told the person i spoke did not submit the request to new apps but had submitted a request for a limit increase (which wouldn't be possible in a upgrading status) I drove to the branch to be referred back to card division, when i card got through to card division everything was done from scratch again ... long story short, I'm still sitting with an unwanted private bank account. In my eml, I'm sitting with what looks like a pre-agreement for a Premier account that i apparently requested for. Please downgrade my account back to what it was soonest please.
