Credit Card Double Charges
Please advise why FNB has yet to reverse the double debits that have come off my account??? This has happened on the 29 June, today is the 04 July and still nothing???!!! It is not my problem that FNB has had system issues, why must I be inconvenienced??? I cannot transfer money into my credit card and use it because of this issue. And they have also charged me declined fees for their system not working!!! *** 5 days of ****!!!! reserve the ****ing money ASAP! I am sick and tired of FNB - how can we NOT help you. This is the last with FNB! I am done with this **** bank!!!

04 Jul 2024, 12:36 So FNB does an Authorization Reversal but debits the account and does not credit or clear the account!!! HOW THE HECK!!! So now I have 2 debits pending on my account for R811.20 putting my account in further negative!!! CLEAR THE R811.20 NOW!!! And there are still X 2 R8 declined fees!!! This needs to be reversed!!!
Reverse the 2 x R811.20 that is pending, the R8 on the R29 there were not insufficient funds in my account and reverse the charge of R8 on the 3rd July. Call me when it's corrected!!!
