Credit card division is full of idiots

<p>I have a credit card with FNB. Iv visited the branch and phoned credit card division from the branch to debit the fees every month grom my other bank. They requested bank statements and ID which i happily provided. Mobths pass the fees are not debitted but i receive nasyy default smss from FNB stating im not paying. I visited tbe branch once again and they requested confirmation of account from other bank. I happily paid due amount in cash and provided information. Next month debit order again doesnt go off. Visited the branch once again phoning credit catd division idiots. They confirmed all was in order and they would debit my account 25 August as i had paid cash deposits. Low and behold FNB debits my accout 2 days later. Im sick of your nonsense. Get your act straight. Im glad i closed my account. Trust me i shall spread the word of your incompetence to all i see. </p>
