Credit card division is a nightmare

I guess being a loyal fnb client is the worse night mare.i went to the branch enquiring about the travel insurance.i was told if you have a credit card and you book your flights you get it for free.i told the consultant i once app**** for it and devlined for reasons i do not know.she checked on the system and she said i qualify for credit of 86k.i said i dont need that amount lets apply for 10k only.but it was reffered.she said i must submit 3 pay slips of which i did but till today i still havent got an answer.i have a CC with std which they offered me 105k but i reduced it to 6k.and they dont offer the travel insurance.all my acc are with fnb.even homeloan.car
