Credit card division is a joke

Myself and my wife have requested this account to be closed in 2019

after many requests and paying an additional R60 in for charges on the 29 may 2020 fnb have still not sent confirmation of the account closure

FNB want to keep on charging interest thats why they dont want to close the account they are actually *****ing now
