Credit card ***** division FNB

This review is focused on the credit card ***** division of FNB - in February. I asked for an investigation into a specific transaction on my virtual credit card. They said they would get back to me in at the most 30 days. In the mean time. The message regarding the investigation just disappeared from the fnb app, and I never heard back. Also another *****ulent transaction went off a month later.

What is going on at FNB? They used to be such a good bank with good customer service?
