Credit Card Dispute Process

I submitted 2 credit card claims on 15 Jul 2021 and has still not been assisted.

I visited the branch who said I need to call the call centre or use the app.

I then called the call centre where a robot did not understand what I wanted and hung up. I called 3 more times with no help.

I then disputed the transactions on the app where it asked limited info of which my transaction did not fit any descriptions.
