Credit card disappeared

I make my payments via cellphone banking. I do a transfer to my credit card, I have for the past 3 years. The last month there has been no option for me to pay my credit card. I have spoken to over 12 people and no one can understand what my problem is. They tell me it is linked on their side and I should not have a problem paying. But it is stil nothing. Then I call telephone banking and the lady their said it is with card collection it has been handed over. So I call legal, legal says it is not handed over, I must call card collection. Card collection says it is linked they cannot help me, I must call telephone banking. Telephone banking tells me it is linked and I can make payment. I check, and it is not linked. so I call again, the lady said not a problem, she linked it and I can proceed. I checked the entire weekend and nothing. This morning I called telephone banking and they said it is with card collection I must speak to them or get an account number o they can link it. I call card collection, answer\the number on the card is the account number"I asked if he is sure and his answer was \"" I have been working here for very long\"". I cannot make payment in it. No help"""
