Credit card dilemma.

I'm done with this useless bank! I was promised that my new credit card would be delivered to me last week after waiting for more than a month. Still no credit card!!! And I cannot utilize this facility as I need to activate the new card online. My worst experience with any institution. They see this on social media, get an idiot to pacify you and make empty promises!!!
