Credit Card Department is not helping

I wanted to get a speedy credit card limit increase, so I app**** on the weekend, the application was processed.

Only for me to call FNB on Monday and find out that they need to send me a quote to sign... Imagine if I had not called...

I've signed the quote, and after 2 unsuccessful calls (no one answers and I get cut off) and 45 minutes of lost time I still don't have a limit increase.
