Credit card department is a disaster!

Your credit card department is a mess.. I mistakenly downgraded my account to an aspire account on the 12th of April I then requested to move back to a premier credit card. I have phoned in about 20 times and been to 2 branches over the past month and no body can assist me. Do date I still have 2 credit card accounts on my profile and both accounts are blocked even though payment has been made.I have explained my story to so many people and then I get told I need to speak to this department so I get transferred and then they can’t help me so I get transferred again till eventually the call gets cut and I need to phone in again.. What’s the point of having branches if the people there can not help customers I have been begging you to help me for the past month to fix it. I’m leaving for an overseas trip next week Wednesday and I have no access to my money because it’s sitting in my credit card thats been blocked

Pathetic service!! Do better!!
