Credit Card delivery *****

<p>I upgraded my credit card account and was patiently awaiting my new card delivery. </p> <p>On delivery day the driver phoned me a number of times confirming where I will be meeting him. After clarifying the conversation apparently I gave him a call quoting my ID number arranging an alternative delivery point for my cards??? </p> <p>Eventually I was able to direct him to me instead of this bogus delivery point. Luckily he contacted me. </p> <p>My concen here is how did the interceptor find out about this delivery? Whrere was my personal details obtained? The printed out delivery form also had a address on not belonging to me. How was this obtained and changed? </p> <p>What else was leaked? Are any of my banking details safe? What is the bank doing about this? I'm in no way confident in anything the bank!</p>
